MLSMLS Training Class ScheduleYou can access the MLS Training Schedule by clicking here. Please call RANW to register and check the cancellation policy. Tax Records UpdatedTaxes are now current for all municipalities and can be searched by going to the "Tax Records" Tab, and selecting "Tax Records Search" from the drop down list. MLS Area Field is Going AwayMLS Area is one of the fields that will be deleted in upcoming changes to the MLS database. There is no date available yet as to when these changes will occur. MLS RETS Server Being UpgradedThe RETS server that processes RANW MLS data feeds to member companies is being upgraded to be in compliance with RESO standards to ensure that MLS data is compliant. This upgrade will take place over the next couple of months. MLS Training Class for Super CMA DiscontinuedDue to a lack of enrollment over the past two years, the training class for InnoVia's Super CMA program has been discontinued. The tool itself will remain available, and members can continue to call MLS when questions arise. Training documentation for the Super CMA is available in InnoVia's Help Topics. MLS StatsDon't forget - "MLS Stats" is available to MLS members - it allows members to quickly and easily pull statistical reports from the MLS data. Under the Misc menu, or by using the MLS Stats button on the right side of the My InnoVia screen, members will log in to the stats program with their InnoVia login and password, and then choose from a variety of reporting options. RANW MLS Statistical Reports Affiliate Subscription Contact Lockbox ProgramDaylight Savings Time Begins March 8th!When the time changes Sunday, March 8th, the electronic lockbox access hours will change. Currently, access hours are 7 am to 10 pm. Access hours will change to 8 am to 11 pm. Lockboxes can be programmed to allow 24-hour access or timed access for specific hours.
