The RANW Legislative Forum scheduled for Thursday, October 8th has been CANCELLED.

It's Membership Renewal Time ~ No Dues Increase for 2016!

Pay discounted dues amount by November 15, 2015 and save $50!
The discounted dues deadline is Sunday, November 15th.

Real Estate License Number Directories!

RANW now has two new Directory Rosters on our website for real estate license look-ups available to REALTORS® and Affiliates. One has company address and license number for the business entity or employing broker, and the other is an alpha index of license numbers for individual REALTOR® members of RANW. The rosters are updated automatically from our member records daily.
Once TRID regulations go into effect, title companies are required to collect Broker and agent real estate license numbers for closing documents, and REALTORS® will need license numbers if they use WRA's Addendum TR To the Offer to Purchase-Timelines and Closing form. Click here for sample form
On our website www.ranw.org, members can link from the Directory tab on the menu, or link here to the Directory Login page. Registration is very easy -- you just need an email that is currently registered with RANW to be recognized and then set your own password. If you are a member (Affiliate Designate, Affiliate Rep, or REALTOR®) and your email doesn't work or or if your license number is incorrect, please email RANW at cdreger@ranw.org.
Member Directories are available on our website in a variety of formats for REALTOR® and Affiliate members of RANW, and Terms of Use can be found on the Directory page.

License Numbers On MLS Now!
License numbers have been added to MLS for the convenience of brokers and agents in MLS. They can be found in the Agent and Firm rosters.

CFPB Unveils Help With Oct. 3rd Closing Changes

Senior officials of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), including Director Richard Cordray, came to NAR's offices in Washington to introduce new online tools for real estate professionals to help consumers with the closing-process changes taking effect October 3rd.

Forms Being Revised

There are several forms that will be coming out with a revised form on October 1st. They include:
WB-40 - Amendment to Offer to Purchase
WB-41 - Notice Relating to Offer to Purchase
WB-44 - Counter Offer
WB-45 - Cancellation Agreement & Mutual Release
All of these forms have an optional use date of October 1, 2015 and a mandatory use date of January 1, 2016. They are now available for purchase at RANW and have been uploaded to ZipForms.

NAR's REALTORS® Conference & Expo will be held in at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA, November 13-16th. This year's theme is "Be Here, It's Your Time to Shine". This annual four-day event includes:

2015 RANW Neighborhood Outreach Day - Friday, October 23rd!

This is great opportunity for RANW members to volunteer to help homeowners in your community by raking lawns and other fall lawn maintenance tasks for elderly and disabled residents in your market area. If you are interested, please sign up ASAP so we can determine how many homeowners we can help. Lunch will be provided…you supply the fun!

Wisconsin's Direct Giver Program

We are in the final stretch of RANW's Direct Giver Fundraising period, and we have only reached 50% of our goal. Soon we will be sending out the Association dues bills and then Direct Giver contributions "fall off the radar". Given the enormous issues the real estate industry is facing, we need your support now more than ever, so please send in your Direct Giver checks today.
The WRA Direct Giver Program provides an alternative to an RPAC contribution for members who:
--wish to retain full control and direction over who will receive their political contributions.
--wish to give personal contributions to candidates for local and state elections and at the same time benefit the REALTORS® Association.

Direct Giver Process
1. Solicitations: The minimum contribution to the Direct Giver Program is $100.00.
2. Checks: Only personal checks (not business checks) can be used and must be made to the WRA Direct Giver Program (not RPAC). Checks can be sent to RANW, W6124 Aerotech Dr., Appleton, WI 54914.
3. Credit Cards: You may also pay on-line via credit card. Click here and login to the WRA site. Or you can call Jennifer at 920.739.9108 with your credit card information and she will take care of it.
4. Control: Contributions to the Direct Giver Program are deposited in a separate bank account from RPAC contributions. Structurally, the WRA then acts like a bank, with disbursements permitted only with the explicit authorization of the contributor. That is, you retain full control on how your direct giver money is spent.
5. Directing Contributions: Contributors may at any time direct their contributions, in whole or in part, to any candidate for local, state or federal office. When disbursing funds, contributors can email or call RANW or WRA to indicate how they wish their money to be distributed.

MLS Rule Changes Approved by RANW MLS Directors, August 27, 2015

The RANW MLS Board of Directors approved an addition to Section 2 Participation/Qualification at its meeting on August 27th. Click here to review the change.

MLS Stats

Don't forget - "MLS Stats" are available to MLS members - it allows members to quickly and easily pull statistical reports from the MLS data. Under the Misc menu, or by using the MLS Stats button on the right side of the My InnoVia screen, members will log in to the stats program with their InnoVia login and password, and then choose from a variety of reporting options.

SupraWEB - A Valuable Resource!

If you haven't set up SupraWEB you should:
~ SupraWEB allows Brokers to view lockbox inventory reports, view lockbox activity reports for your office and view key activity reports for your office.
~ SupraWEB for Agents allows you to obtain an authorization code to install the eKEY software if you get a new phone, obtain an update code for a key, manage lockbox inventory and listing information.
You can also view, email and schedule activity reports and view and send showing feedback and it only takes a minute to set up. Please see links below:

Daylight Saving Time Ends November 1st

When the time changes Sunday, November 1st, the electronic lockbox access hours will change. Access hours will then be 7 am-10 pm (Access hours are currently 8 am-11 pm). Lockboxes can be programmed to allow timed access for specific hours or for 24-hour access. To activate or deactivate timed access, do the following:
DisplayKEY
1. Press Enter to turn on your DisplayKEY
2. Scroll to the Programming option and press Enter.
3. Select 1 to activate timed access hours, or select 2 to activate 24-hour access.
4. Enter the lockbox shackle code and press Enter. You have 5 minutes to program the lockbox before your DisplayKEY powers down.
5. Point your DisplayKEY at the lockbox. 4 quick beeps indicate the operation was successful.
eKEY
1. Go into the eKEY app and select inventory
2. Select the serial number of the lockbox you want to program
3. Select Edit and make sure timed access is turned on
4. Click on the arrow next to the access hours times
5. Set start and end times; save
6. Select program, enter shackle code and point fob at lockbox
