Time of Sale Loophole Closed by Wisconsin LegislatureProposal: Legislation that closes a loophole in the 2015 time of sale law by expanding the time of sale restrictions to buyers at the time of occupancy. MLSMLS Training Class ScheduleYou can access the MLS Training Schedule by clicking here. Please call RANW to register for one of our classes including: Report Your Pending Date AccuratelyPending (MLS definition): Accepted offer with no contingencies; it is ready to close. Listings that are Pending (all contingencies have been met OR the accepted offer is at a point where showings are not being scheduled) should have the status change reported to MLS within 3 business days per MLS Rules. The Pending Date and Closing Date should not be reported as the same date, and members should not wait until a listing closes to report it as Pending. Update your Photos for SpringDoes your listing still have a winter photo? It's time to update your listing with fresh, new images. And when you're updating those photos, don't forget to label your photos with a description. This descriptive text does appear on the Customer with Gallery display, and is a great way to highlight features of the home. MLS StatsDon't forget - "MLS Stats" are available to MLS members - it allows members to quickly and easily pull statistical reports from the MLS data. Under the Misc menu, or by using the MLS Stats button on the right side of the My InnoVia screen, members will log in to the stats program with their InnoVia login and password, and then choose from a variety of reporting options.
