NEW and CHANGED Data Fields and Features
As you review the new data sheets, it is important that you use these forms with the yellow highlights to review your listings and what updates you need to make.
An example of what you want to watch for in a Vacant Land listing:
The Features have been expanded with fields/features in yellow to allow for more selections such as in the Waste Feature Section. Before, an option to choose was "To be Determined". This is no longer allowed. But as it was a required feature it was placed into the Public Remarks. Here is an example of how it will now appear in Paragon, so you can go and update your listing: Waste Available to Site = To Be Determined

Updates:
Total Baths Added to search screens and reports
Total Baths has been added as a search option for Residential and Condominium searches, and will also appear on Paragon reports. When displayed, a decimal will mark the full and half baths; as an example, Total Baths 1.1 means that there is one full and one half bath. Total Baths 3.2 means that there are three full baths and two half baths. No adding needed and no need to guess how many of each are in the home! When Searching
Total Baths: If your buyer is looking for a minimum of 1 full and 1 half bath, you would enter 1.1 into the Total Baths Min field and would leave the Max field open which would allow you to get more than 1.1 total baths. If you are searching for at least 2 full and 1 half bath, you would enter 2.1 into the Total Baths Min field, leaving the Max field blank.

Geo-Coding: All properties have been updated recently by Paragon. On cutover weekend those Geo-codes that were manually mapped from InnoVia will be converted to Paragon, and will overwrite what Paragon had Geo-coded.

Prospects/Contacts: If you use Reverse Prospecting in Paragon you need to use only the first name or initials as the Alias name -- the Alias name will show to other agents.

Confidential Full and Customer Full Reports are nearing completion for all property types. These new Paragon reports are designed to be very similar to the Confidential Full and Customer Displays in InnoVia. As soon as they are completed, they will be added to the reports options under Favorites in each property class search.

Complete Your Client Connect Set-up Before Cut-Over
Make sure you've reviewed and completed any set-up needed for your contacts and their saved searches before InnoVia goes away. Paragon transferred contact information from Prospect Manager into Client Connect 2, but search criteria was not able to be transferred. Members still have access to InnoVia through April 21st to view or print Prospect Manager information. Many help options are available for Client Connect 2. Check out the 1-page helps on RANW's Paragon site and access training documents, videos and webinars that will help you in using our new program.

Have You Found Help?

Quick one-page "Helps" on a variety of topics are available on the new MLS homepage of our Paragon site as soon as you're logged in. In the blue center menu, you'll find RANW Links, Paragon Links, 1-Page Helps, as well as Training Quick Links and Paragon Training Videos.
Paragon's Help Center is just a click away from anywhere in Paragon. Look in the upper right-hand corner of your Paragon screen - the green HELP button is there, next to the red LOG OFF button.
When you click for HELP, a new browser tab or window will open and give you Paragon's Help Site. From here, you can choose a main category and access documents, videos, and webinars on a variety of topics.

Electronic Lockbox Keyholder Agreement Change: Section 4.
Purpose A Keyholder shall use the KEY only for the intended purpose of gaining authorized entry into real property on which a System LockBox has been installed subject to further provisions of Section 5. A Home Inspector Keyholder is authorized to use a LockBox Key only for the limited purpose of performing services specifically authorized under the terms of the Offer to Purchase/Addenda in the Home Inspection and/or Testing provisions, subject to the further authorization limitations in Section 5 and elsewhere in this agreement.

New! Insert PDF Templates Into RPR Reports

RPR reports just got an upgrade! Now REALTORS® can easily upload PDF's into reports they create from RPR. The new feature is an excellent way to showcase your biography, testimonials, additional statistics, and specific marketing tools and methods you employ for your clients. Brokers enrolled in RPR's Broker Tool Set have the option to also include an additional five PDF pages for their agents to use as well.
As an Agent, upload PDF files to your account by clicking the Reports tab at narrpr.com. On the right side of the screen, under General Report Preferences, select Manage Custom Pages. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to add up to five customized PDF files.
Then select Add to upload up to five PDF files from your system. Note that the files must not exceed 10 MB in total. It's best to clearly name the files for future reference.
Choose a row and drag it up or down to arrange the order of the pages. Here, you can also specify whether your custom pages will appear at the beginning or the end of your report.
Once complete, add your custom pages to individual reports under the My Details dropdown. Select or unselect custom pages you wish to be included. Your selections are saved for future reports, but can be changed at anytime.

New Authorization Code Access for eKEYs

Members that have an eKEY can now request an authorization code from within the eKEY app. This is useful if they are moving their eKEY service to a new phone or if they receive a 9B0D error when the eKEY gets out of sync with the server.

To obtain an eKEY authorization code from Mobile SupraWEB:
1.Select the SupraWEB icon from within the eKEY app (on the 2nd page of icons), or navigate to supraweb.suprakim.com on your smartphone.
2.Enter eKEY serial number. The eKEY serial number can be found at the top of the eKEY home screen.
3.Enter 4-digit PIN.
4.Select the Association/MLS from the dropdown list.
5.Select Login.
6.Select Authorization Code
7.The authorization code will be emailed to the email address on file in SupraNET.

No More DisplayKEYS/Cradles for Lockbox Keys

As of April 1st, 2017, the DisplayKEY & Cradle will no longer be available for lease as an option for new agents. The only key type that will be available will be the eKEY app & fob. This should be viewed as a positive change because it will ensure that Supra reports will be more accurate due to the eKEY app automatically updating and submitting info to Supra. Lockbox activity reports will be more accurate as well as showing notifications. It is also a good change for Brokers since the fob is purchased property, not leased. This means no equipment to collect, or be liable for, if an agent goes inactive. The current replacement cost of the key & cradle is $200 + tax.
And remember, the fob is a universal Bluetooth device, so it can be used by anyone with the eKEY app. If an agent turns in a fob they are no longer going to be using, the company can keep it as a spare.
Please make sure to update office files with the most recent version of the Agent Key Agreement , March 2017. Outdated key agreements can no longer be accepted. RANW MLS appreciates your cooperation with this change.
