Assume Identity open for Brokers and OA's Listing Maintenance/Broker Load Class Offered Aug 23rd and Sept 26thRANW MLS is pleased to offer MLS companies the option to participate in Listing Maintenance (LIM) or 'Broker Load'. Training is required if a company wants to participate. Participation in Listing Maintenance is at the discretion of the participating company broker. Data Services Available to MLS Member Agents/SalespersonsEffective June 1st, RANW MLS began offering additional services for Agents/Salespersons (with company authorization). Agents/Salespersons have the option of IDX, Voice/Text/Mobile Application, and VOW data feeds. Search Tips for "Total" FieldsBathrooms: When searching for 1 ½ Bathrooms or more, use the Total Baths search field (not Full Baths or Half Baths), and put 1.1 in the Low field. There is no need to use the High field. Searching the Total Baths field for 1.1 in the Low will give you results that have at least 1 ½ baths. Paragon's Resources > My LinksRecently added to the My Links section for all members: Schedule a Showing While Using Paragon MobileMLS is pleased to report that Paragon has added “Schedule a Showing” to Paragon Mobile. RANW MLS Stats Reports Are Back!The RANW Stats reports can be found under the Resources button in Paragon. These familiar and customized statistical reports that we had on InnoVia (through the icon on the right-hand side of the InnoVia home page) have been added to Paragon. REMINDER that it is very important that closings are reported correctly and timely (within 3 business days per MLS rules) so that your statistical reports can reflect correct information. Maps and Geo-CodingGoogle Maps is Coming to Paragon! Printing Issues with Internet Explorer 11IE 11 users attempting to print in Paragon are sometimes receiving an error. This has been acknowledged by Microsoft as a known issue with the June 2017 security update for Windows. Microsoft is researching this problem, and will report more information when available. New Lockbox SystemRANW MLS is reviewing proposals from Supra and Sentrilock for the MLSs new lockbox system. At this time tentative plans are to switch out the old boxes with the new boxes in October, with training also in October. Watch for more information to come! As part of NAR’s ongoing efforts to keep members safe, September is devoted to kicking off safety efforts and sharing the core components of REALTOR® Safety: knowledge, awareness, and empowerment. To celebrate this month, NAR offers updated online REALTOR® safety resources, including new webinars and seasonal safety tips for brokers to share with members.
November 3-6 NAR's REALTORS® Conference & Expo will be held at the McCormick Place Convention Center West Building in Chicago, Illinois. This year's theme is "The Sky's the Limit", and, indeed, the event will help REALTORS® rise higher in their real estate careers.
