Changes to the WB Forms Legal News from the WRAThe November 2023 Legal Update discusses the recent changes made to all the WB listing contracts, buyer agency agreements and tenant representation agreements. The Real Estate Examining Board (REEB) at the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) revised these state-approved forms to add language providing greater transparency to consumers regarding commissions, encouraging alternative dispute resolution, highlighting the two-year limitation on licensee liability and providing a wire fraud warning.
