RPAC Office Participation Awards - 2015In an effort to increase the percentage of members who contribute to either RPAC or Direct Giver, the Association is asking brokers to help highlight advocacy and other legislative activity; educating agents about RPAC and why it is so important to their business; setting an example of giving. Please call RANW to register for one of our classes including: Choosing Your Search AreasInnoVia offers members many different ways to choose the geographic areas that best meet the requests of their buyers when setting up searches and prospecting. ~ MUNICIPAL SUB-AREAS (Appleton, DePere, Fond du Lac, Green Bay, Oshkosh) Members can use a Map-Based Search to draw in their search areas on a map. InnoVia's drawing tools offer multiple options, including a very customizable polygon, plus drag-and-drop circles and rectangle. Do you want to search for listings around a specific address? There's a drawing tool for that as well. ~ CREATING MAP-BASED SEARCHES: Please familiarize yourself with these important tools! Remember, MLS areas will be discontinued this spring. MLS StatsDon't forget - "MLS Stats" are available to MLS members - it allows members to quickly and easily pull statistical reports from the MLS data. Under the Misc menu, or by using the MLS Stats button on the right side of the My InnoVia screen, members will log in to the stats program with their InnoVia login and password, and then choose from a variety of reporting options.
