REALTOR NEWSRANW Membership Renewal Time! The annual membership renewal dues statements were sent out in early October. The easiest way to pay is online at ranw.org. The red dues button links to a new member portal, but the process is the same: just use your member ID or NRDS number and follow the steps. More features of the member portal will be launched in the next few months. Watch ranw.org and the newsletter for updates.
The discounted dues deadline is November 15th which is a Sunday this year. Thank you for your membership! Team Up Against Hunger Week is November 16th-20th Twice a year, Wisconsin REALTORS® Foundation (WRF) asks its members to "Team Up!" against hunger by organizing volunteer days with their firms or boards during designated volunteer weeks in June and November. Since the event's inception in 2018, REALTORS® from across the state have made a real difference for thousands of Wisconsin Children.
Due to the restrictions imposed by Covido-19, teaming up against hunger has looked a little different. In March of 2020, WRF launched a successful fundraising campaign for Feeding Wisconsin's emergency food box program raising over $17,000. These boxes contained 10lbs of food and were distributed directly to families who needed them.
This November, we are asking for members to donate their time, or their money, whatever they feel safe in doing, to help us keep feeding Wisconsin's Children. Team Up Against Hunger week is November 16th-20th and we encourage our REALTORS® to reach out to their coworkers and volunteer at their local food bank or food pantry. Alternatively, by donating here, they can ensure children have access to nutritious food as we enter the holiday season and winter months. $1=3 meal.

NAR Broker Involvement ProgramThe Broker Involvement Program provides broker-owners with a quick and effective tool to rally your agents on critical legislative issues affecting the real estate industry.
Nothing needs to be downloaded and there is no cost. The program simply gives brokers access to the Broker Portal. NAR will alert you by phone and email when there is a Call For Action (just a few times a year). Then NAR sends the Call For Action notice to your agents under your name and company logo. Brokers with 100 or more agents may choose to review and approve the CFA message before they are sent.
Our success depends on you. We have found that Calls For Action response rates are significantly higher when agents receive their Call For Action message directly from their broker. Nearly 40% of all responses on Calls For Action were from agents in offices participating in the Broker Involvement Program.
Help us, help you, and join today. RPAC - Have You Backed Your Industry This Year? RPAC is critical to REALTORS®. Each session there are up to 4,000 bills introduced in the state legislature, and many of them impact the real estate industry, property owners, and the quality of life in communities across Wisconsin.
RPAC does not buy votes, but it does help to elect candidates that support housing and real estate interests. To learn more about some of the legislative victories WRA has secured read the 2020 WRA Legislative Report.

Paragon Connect has the Showing Time icon Reminder to members that Paragon Mobile will be going away, and if you haven't switched to Paragon Connect, Paragon's newest mobile option, now's the time!
As part of the sunset of Paragon Mobile, the Showing Time icon to request a showing has been removed from Paragon Mobile. The icon IS available in Paragon Connect.
Paragon: Document Visibility Unless your listing is uploaded to one of the document categories marked "Private" other RANW MLS members will be able to see your document in Paragon - regardless of the "Public/Emailable" check box. Document visibility has two components and levels of security:
- The document category, which is coded to be private (viewable only by the listing agent, listing manager or OA, and RANW staff) or allows documents to be seen by anyone in Paragon MLS and included in Collab Center carts. Private category documents are not provided in data feeds to any vendor.
- The Public/Emailable check box, which determines whether a publicly viewable document can be sent via data feeds to vendors and/or emailed to someone via Paragon's email tool. Example: checking the box would allow a Condition Report document to be sent to WIREX and viewed by WIREX participants.
Along with private document categories like Listing Contract and Contract Amendment, there is a Private document "other" option that can be used to upload a secure "in office document" if necessary.
Showing Time: Request A Showing - Wait for Confirmation Showing Time allows agents to request showings on listings where the listing company does not use the Showing Time service. When an agent clicks the Showing Time icon or showing request link, that agent will either see Showing Time's scheduling tools or a form that allows the agent to send an email to the listing agent, requesting a showing.
Please note: requesting a showing does not guarantee your time or date selection! Remember that email may get stuck in a spam or junk mail folder. If you don't receive a confirmation, follow up with the listing agent before bringing buyers to a property. RANW MLS Stats at a GlanceClick HERE for RANW MLS Stats at a Glance!
