Membership Renewal Time Mailed Early October - Watch Your Mail & EmailThe annual membership renewal dues will be generated in late September and mailed out to each member's preferred mailing address the first week of October. RANW also emailed renewal information to all members on October 5th. The easiest way to pay is by logging into your member portal with your member id or NRDS id. WRA Board Approves zipForm Access Until December 2022You may be familiar with the recent decision by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) to discontinue its member benefit of the zipForm transaction management product at the end of 2021. While this is a decision at the national level, please rest assured that the board of directors for your state association, the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA), has voted that your zipForm will continue through the end of 2022. Additional details will be available in the coming months. Find comparables including FSBOs quickly, evaluate them effectively and give clients professional presentations. Here are just a few of the things you can do with CRS Data's MLS Tax Suite: ~ See real estate assessments and assessor characteristics ~ Find comparable properties sold through your MLS and NOT sold through your MLS ~ Personalize reports for your clients and prospects ~ Find and create prospect lists Confirm Selling Price: Enter it TwiceIn an effort to ensure accurate data for members due to the increasing frequency of inaccurately entered Selling Prices, MLS has added a Selling Price confirmation field to the Paragon LIM program. Members will have to enter their Selling Price a second time, exactly matching the Selling Price entered in the first field, or they will not be able to save the Closing Information to the listing. Paragon: New WIREX Delayed StatusParagon MLS now includes the status WIREX Delayed for listings from other MLSs who use this status. WIREX Delayed status listings are only available to members in the MLS per rules from the other MLSs who are sharing their listings in WIREX. In order to see these listings in a search, members will need to add the WIREX Delayed status to their search criteria. Please note that WIREX Delayed listings will not be shared with buyers via the Collab Center. RANW and RANW MLS is happy to announce we will be changing over to an online invoice system and discontinuing mailing of monthly statements at year end or early 2022. During the transition, we will still send monthly statements while our members get familiar with paying their company bills through the Member Portal online access.
